The annual clash of powerhouses for the State of Origin series draws crowds from far and wide year-on-year and this year was no different.
This year a small group of executives from Holden New Zealand crossed the ditch the watch the 3rd and final match of for the 2019 State of Origin live at ANZ Stadium in Homebush.
We were fortunate to host them on board MV AQA Sydney on the eve of the match for a formal dining experience. As all the guests boarded MV AQA Sydney in the city, hungry and slightly jadded from their flight hours earlier, they were greeted with refreshing Hope Estate beer and hearty canapes to get them started.
The main course was our delicious buffet menu 2 which includes dishes such as: slow roasted root vegetables with garlic confit and fresh rosemary, Jamon Serrano, fenneal salad with fresh citrus and aioli, 8 hour slow cooked lamb shoulder with chermoula, sous vide Portuguese style chicken breast, Riverina grain fed beef fillet with red wine jus.
